Which phones are compatible with this?

Connect.Me is available for iPhone and Android. Get it for supported phones from the App Store on iPhone or the Google Play store on Android.

Apple iPhone

Connect.Me works on iPhone 5s and newer running iOS 10.3 or higher (To check your iPhone’s model name and software version go to Settings > General > About).

Android phones

Connect.Me works on most 32-bit and 64-bit Android phones running Android 6.0 or higher. It is only supported on Android devices that feature, and can install apps from, the Google Play store.

(To check your phone name and Android version pull down the Notifications shade from the top of the screen > tap the gear or cog icon in the top corner > tap ‘About Phone’ or ‘System’).

NOTE: Huawei mobile devices using software update EMUI 11+ do not support Google Play Services. Connect.Me can be downloaded from other app stores, however the Google Play security check will close the app.
