What is a Privacy statement?

The statement describes how we will use and protect any information about you that you provide whilst using the NHS Digital Staff passport (NHS DSP) website.

This statement only covers the NHS DSP website. It does not cover sites that can be linked to from this website, including the NHS DSP portal.

The Privacy Policy for the NHS DSP portal can be accessed via your Passport profile on the portal, following registration.

You should always be aware when you are moving to another website and read the privacy statement for the specific website.

What information do we collect?

The NHS DSP website does not ask for personal information to be submitted in order to receive or use services, i.e. submitting a contact form.
